About Our Company

RTI Properties LLC is located in the South Bay and was established in 1986. We distribute a growing need for professional property management and provides various services to investment property owners. RTI Property Management gives efficient and reliable service to owners and to professionals who serve owners (accountants, attorneys, auditors, brokers, contractors, vendors, etc.). The company manages apartment complexes and commercial buildings throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

RTI Properties often go to real estate seminars, national conventions, fair housing classes, and industry association meetings in order to stay advanced with the ever changing legislation, liabilities, rules, and regulations pertaining to
owners and tenants’ rights. We help you protect and grow your investment by always making sure that your property is professionally managed.




Management Services

If you don't want to deal with the late night or weekend calls for issues that tenants might have, emergencies, rules and regulations including manager payroll issues that govern property owners, or you just want to sit back and relax, we are here to help you with what you need to be able to do just that. RTI Properties Management will be in charge of all aspects of caring for your property 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are on the cutting edge of technology and our software will allow you to see your property details through the internet at any convinient moment wherever you are at the time. Our property reports include pictures of renovations/improvements, scans of vendor and other invoices where you can see all the details, detailed income and expense information in various formats, and a summary of activities.

Our management fees range from 3% to 6% of the gross monthly income collected. We have consistently paid for ourselves (and more) by saving owners substantial monies through expert property management including from having “economies of scale” which leads to favorable buying power from vendors which savings are passed on to owners.
